Ratos makes supplement to offer document public

Ratos has today made public a supplement to the previously published offer document regarding the offer to the shareholders in HL Display to tender all their outstanding shares in HL Display to Ratos. The supplement to the offer document is available in a Swedish language version only.
The supplement to the offer document has been published following the statement regarding the offer made by the Board of Directors of HL Displays on the 5 July 2010.

The acceptance period for the offer is expected to commence on 23 June 2010 and end on 13 August 2010.
