Ratos company SSEA Group acquires Kiruna Målbygg AB

The Ratos company SSEA Group, which opened an office in Luleå earlier this year, is further strengthening its presence in northern Sweden by acquiring the local construction and painting company Kiruna Målbygg.

Kiruna Målbygg AB is a profitable construction and painting company with 22 employees. The company has sales of SEK 28m (2021) and carries out construction and painting assignments in Kiruna and the surrounding area. The company has framework agreements in place with various property owners, including Kirunabostäder and LKAB Fastigheter. Kiruna Målbygg AB was founded in 2001.

The previous owners of Kiruna Målbygg AB will remain as minority owners of the company.
