The first opportunity to exercise warrants according to the incentive program for the CEO and other key personnel in Ratos decided on by the 2020 Annual General Meeting and the third opportunity to convert convertible debentures into shares according to the incentive program for the CEO and other key personnel in Ratos decided on by the 2020 Annual General Meeting was completed in November 2023. Through the exercise of 50,000 warrants and conversion of 450,000 convertible debentures, the number of Class B shares increased by 500,000 and the number of votes by 50,000. After the increase, the share capital amounts to SEK 1,028,526,937.20.
