Invitation to Press briefing concerning Ratos AB’s recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Semcon AB

Representatives of the media are welcome to a press briefing at 10.00 a.m. CEST at Ratos's office, Sturegatan 10 in Stockholm.

Participants will be Jonas Wiström, President and CEO at Ratos and Markus Granlund, President and CEO at Semcon.

It is also possible to participate digitally via Teams.

The press briefing will be held in Swedish.
