The last opportunity to convert convertible debentures into shares according to the incentive program for the CEO and other key personnel in Ratos decided on by the 2020 Annual General Meeting was completed in May 2024.

At 31 May 2024, the total number of shares and shares outstanding in Ratos (of which 84,637,060 A shares and 242, 648,628 B shares) amounted to 327,285,688 and the number of votes to 108,901,922.80.

After the increase, the share capital amounts to SEK 1,030,949,917.20.
