As the third round of participants at the Ratos BELP graduated in June 2023, we asked Jonas Wiström, President and CEO, and Anders Slettengren, EVP and responsible for the BELP, why the programme is important for Ratos, and how the plans for the future looks. The BELP is one of the most important meeting places in the Ratos Group, where today's stars get tools and networks to accomplish even more great things tomorrow. During the programme, which runs for one year, participants can take part in knowledge-enhancing lectures including research, practical leadership and exercises based on actual cases from the Ratos companies.
